Dean and Levi arrived promptly, were friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process they were going to follow, and all of the considerations that we hadn't even thought about, such as what detergents to use. We were thrilled with how the carpets came out, and stoked to have the pet smell out of the furniture! Cheers Dean and Levi.

We have used Dean and his kaimahi for 2 major commercial cleans now and our experience with PrimoClean has been amazing. From the prompt visit and quote to the the appointment and delivery, their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none.

They were friendly, efficient, and left no corner untouched. The result was a spotless and fresh-smelling work-spaces that surpassed my expectations. Both sites were transformational, it is amazing how a good clean sets the tone for a productive work environment. We have booked site number 3 already. I highly recommend Dean and his team!

Dean and his team did an amazing total deep clean job! They paid scrupulous attention to details such as window seals, light shades the kitchen oven and range hood. I went to a great deal of care to clean and restore a very damaged carpet too. I would thoroughly recommend Primoclean for any household cleaning.

Dean from Primoclean was able to fit me in for a full house carpet clean and stain removal for a chair at very short notice which was incredibly appreciated. Dean and Levi were super friendly and professional and the job they did was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Primo Clean! He has done our carpets a couple of times & both times they come up awesome & stains are gone. Our dogs had a few accidents inside so Dean deodorised the areas. Crazy how much of a difference it makes, even the clean smell - we are always stoked with the outcome! Excellent customer service too, thanks so much Dean :)

What a delightful business to deal with! So obliging, thorough, reasonably priced and so very efficient. Great communication and a sparkling finish. Dean sure goes the extra mile for his customer. Superb service from Dean & his team. Had our Persian rugs cleaned first - colours came.out beautifully and no issues afterwards. Second was a rental exit plus carpet vlean. Great job done resulting in a very happy ex landlord. Highly recommend PrimoClean

What a great job, Dean & his work college did on our carpet. They worked tirelessly to get every spot and mark off with in reason, of course. Its not just a shampoo but a vacuum , wash & rake job.

Looks fantastic and smells like fresh apples.

We asked Dean to clean our new Platinum Homes Sales Office in Raumati Village, ready for us to move into and we couldn’t be more satisfied with his work. The windows sparkled, not a speck of construction dust could be found anywhere and he even racked the carpet so it looked perfect.

The office certainly looked primo.

Our house has LOTS of windows including 5 sets of glass sliding doors. Last week Dean and Levi from PrimoClean cleaned them all, inside and out. They arrived on time and worked in an efficient and organised manner with Levi washing from the outside and Dean inside. They did such a magnificent job I can honestly say our windows have never been so sparkly and clean. We will definitely have them back once a quarter. The team are friendly, cheerful and work to a very high standard. I highly recommend PrimoClean.
